Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Facilities / Facilities Management / Building Facility
• Able to consider Degree holders with no experience as training will be provided
• Keen to commit for 3 Months contract to 1 year contract
• Completion bonus provided at the end of 1 year

Job Description: Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget Independent and resourceful. Good problem solving & analytical skills Able to work well with people from across different departments and levels Support the car park operations Assist in any other duties assigned Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption to the patients and staff Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure al physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.
