We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Collections Specialist who is ready to make an impact, help customers get back on track, and contribute to an amazing team culture. How you'll make an impact: Make outbound and inbound calls to customers with past-due accounts. Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers find the best resolution for their delinquency. Use strong negotiation, problem-solving, and assertiveness to achieve successful outcomes. Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements accurately. Deliver a fast, friendly, and flexible customer experience. Maintain professionalism and empathy while performing soft collections activities. Accurately document customer conversations and account updates in the system. What you'll need to succeed: 6+ months of collections experience preferred (soft or hard collections). Advanced English (B2+) in speaking, reading, and writing. Schedule flexibility - Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM; one Saturday per month required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. High level of assertiveness, confidence, and professionalism. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities. Fast learner with the ability to retain and apply new information effectively. High school diploma or equivalent required.
