Associate Specialist, BPS Operations Processing

About the role

- You will support business process operations by executing transaction processing activities with accuracy and consistency. - You will ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to defined procedures and service level expectations. - The role focuses on resolving routine processing issues and maintaining operational efficiency across systems. - Success is measured through quality, timeliness, and the ability to support reliable, compliant operations.

• Support quality checks, audits, and reporting activities
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and accuracy
• Required Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
• Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain compliance standards

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
