About the role

- To communicate with flower suppliers in overseas for reordering. - Very knowledgeable on making different styles ofgarland for the deities. - To proactively find the suppliers of different flowers and garlands fromvarious places. - Able to negotiate with the suppliers for best price. - Able to predict the flowers and garlands which are in demand during festival season and order with local and overseas suppliers. - To coordinate with marriage event management teams for marriage decoration and garlands. - To have deep knowledge in flowers and garland making. - Reduce wastages by analysing the market and festivals and ordering. - Effectively negotiate with customers and to work on retention of existing customers and tobe competitive in the market. - Provide customers with assistance regarding billing issues and queries. - Responsible for complying with company's policies and procedures. - To resolve all issue raised internally and externally around collection of outstanding account. - To take responsibility for counting the goods delivered by suppliers. - Able to work in flexible shifts, especially during festivals and bulk orders.
