Responsibilities

- Build strong working relationships with clients, agencies, and colleagues to reinforce a high-service, dependable partner experience.
- Provide backup support to the Implementation team and assist with additional projects as needed.
- Perform special projects and other work-related duties as assigned.

- Proven facility in customer service and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
