Responsibilities

  • In line with GSK's values and Ahead Together strategy, you will:
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to increase appropriate awareness and use of GSK solutions.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with GSK commercial strategies to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues (for example, marketing, medical, market access) to deliver tailored, patient-focused solutions for accounts.

  • Help ensure product availability by working closely with supply chain and commercial teams and supporting accurate demand forecasting.
  • Conduct external educational meetings in line with GSK policies to support disease awareness and appropriate use of patient-focused solutions.
  • Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or account management experience with a strong track record of performance.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Dubai, Northern Emirates and/or Qatar as required.
  • Legal right to live and work in the country of application.
  • Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • Recent experience in specialty care, respiratory or related therapeutic areas in the United Arab Emirates or Qatar.
  • Good understanding of the healthcare environment in Dubai, Northern Emirates and/or Qatar.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver against agreed timelines.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive approach to learning, sharing knowledge and continuously improving ways of working.
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to the United Arab Emirates or Qatar healthcare market.
  • Work Environment
  • This is a field-based role covering accounts in Dubai, Northern Emirates and Qatar. Regular travel within the assigned territory is required.
