Job Duties: Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of program evaluation and performance measures to ensure the goals and objectives of the program are met; Assist in the development of annual grant applications, budgets, work plans, and annual progress reports; Engage internal/external partners to determine assets, deficits, resources, and gaps in activities & facilitate collaborative relationships as appropriate; Plan and provide technical assistance and training to contractor/subrecipients, and other partners on evidence-based strategies, policies, and system changes to improve drug overdose prevention activities, Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of multiple contracts/subawards to assure adherence to federal and state regulations; Monitor, review, and audit contractor/subawardee progress and financial reports and/or records to ensure compliance with appropriate state/federal statutes, rules, and regulations and develop corrective action plans as needed to address issues.
