Responsibilities
- Lead global D2C ecommerce strategy, forecasting, and growth across owned sites, marketplaces, and digital channels.

- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or related leadership roles .
- Proven success driving direct-to-consumer ecommerce growth and digital marketing performance .
- Experience across paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and ecommerce platforms .
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies .
- Experience leading teams, agency partners, and cross-functional initiatives .
- Strong communication , leadership, and organizational skills .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- WHAT WILL HELP
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field .
- Experience supporting consumer brands and omnichannel marketing environment s.
- Extensive knowledge of modern marketing platforms ( i.e. Google Ads , Amazon, OTT/CTV, Youtube , Meta) .
- Strong track record in advancing SEO and Site Performance .
- Experience with customer engagement platforms such as Klaviyo , SEMRush , HubSpot, Attentive, or similar CRM/email/SMS marketing platforms.
- Experience managing enterprise ecommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento) or similar.
