About the role
You will serve as a Supervisory Electronics Engineer H-60 Avionics Lead in one of the In-Service Support Centers(ISSC) Fleet Support Teams of FLTREADCEN EAST. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: A broad background in scientific and technical disciplines relevant to aircraft electrical and avionics systems to include but not limited to communication/navigation systems, electrical power and wiring, airborne software, electronic counter-measures, radar, mission systems, aircraft repair and modification, and associated technical analysis. A candidate would need to be a skilled leader who is capable of effectively leading a team to provide sustainment support for military aircraft. A candidate would also need to be a skilled communicator capable of effectively engaging a wide array of individuals.
