Additional Information

Act as a liaison between site teams and project management to ensure smooth coordination and effective execution. Monitor and review the master construction programme, prepare recovery plans, and adjust site schedules to mitigate delays. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. Work closely with the technical team and consultants to resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues prior to work commencement. Support budget preparation and monitor cost reports to ensure expenditures remain within approved limits. Review method statements, risk assessments, and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements. Prepare and maintain progress reports, site records, and documentation for management and stakeholders. Lead and participate in coordination meetings with site staff, subcontractors, and consultants to address issues and align actions. Identify site risks and inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support initiatives that enhance project delivery. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
