Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and components.
- Ensure accuracy of part number, manufacturer and required documentation is delivered from the vendor including certificate of conformance and required quality documentations.
- Act as technical POC and go-to troubleshooter for the Receiving operation.
- Partner with Lead and Supervisor to author, streamline, and implement receiving operations.

- Conduct weekly cycle count on parts planned for kitting to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Update purchasing and inventory information as needed.
- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 4+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or a related field; or an associate degree in supply chain, engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Experience in an inventory environment including both receiving and put away operations.
- Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and ERP systems.
- Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and communication skills required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as construction, food service, or manufacturing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork mindset and pride in quality work.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
- Experience working with avionics components.
- Experience handling wire harnesses, connectors, cables, wires, and consumable materials.
- Experience coordinating shipments with multiple distributors.
- Experience reviewing and auditing multiple bills of materials before production.
- Familiarity with electronic inventory systems such as SAP, Manufacturo, First Resonance, Oracle, or Odoo.
