Clyde & Co is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience to work with their practice focused on the defense a myriad of complex general liability matters, including (but not limited to) New York Labor Law, premises liability, catastrophic injury, hospitality, transportation, and negligent security. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and organized and possesses superior writing skills. The Associate will interact with our clients, and other domestic and international insurers in this space and in relation to other latent type insurance claims.
