MNC Company Basic up to $4000 + Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: Lorong Chuan (walking distance from MRT) Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am to 5.45pm) Job Responsibilities: Handles end user requests for hardware and software for supported clients. Troubleshoots technical issues and provides user support through timely problem ticket resolution Updates, tracks, and maintains assigned support tickets Escalates incidents and service requests as appropriate to ensure timely resolution Maintains site documentation and maintenance records Provides IT infrastructure support for warehouse and logistic projects Contributes to desktop and laptop software upgrades and refresh initiatives Work with third party vendors to resolve hardware and software issues. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Experience in Azure cloud services, Intune device management, and Microsoft Copilot adoption is an advantage.
