About the role

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for collaborating closely with the recruiting team , working closely with cross-functional partners to support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact.

Responsibilities

  • ATS Management: Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is kept up-to-date, including updating job postings, programming interview plans, sorting through application, updating candidate progress, and tracking interview notes.
  • Hiring Support: Help Recruiters with recruiting tasks as needed, including drafting Job Descriptions, preparing Interview Plans, and updating Hiring Managers.
  • Candidate Communication: Keep up with email communications with candidates regarding interview and travel scheduling, feedback, and assist with initial candidate phone screenings.
  • Onboarding: Assist administrative team members with onboarding by updating leadership on incoming hires, relaying information from Recruiting, communicating updates, and addressing incoming employee needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Work with your manager to keep tabs on candidate pipeline health, recruitment process performance, and other metrics related to recruiting.

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
  • You have at least 1 year of client or candidate-facing experience in an office or administrative setting, preferably with a small business or start-up.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus.
  • Your writing and speaking skills are top-notch, with the ability to reroute questions, coordinate schedules, organize plans, and sometimes navigate topics you are unfamiliar with.
  • You're comfortable with data or receptive to learning more about it.
  • You're organized and can juggle multiple projects at once, always hitting your deadlines and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
  • You're a team player who enjoys learning how to work best with colleagues and thrives in cross-functional environments.
