- What you bring
- 3-5 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience.
- Experience supporting multi-unit operations across multiple states.
- Experience supporting retail, hospitality, restaurant, food & beverage, or other consumer-facing industries.
- Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence operational leaders.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Experience utilizing workforce data and business metrics to drive decision-making.
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout assigned markets.

Reporting directly to the Sr. Human Resources Manager, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to District Managers, Market Managers, and Regional Operations leaders while helping build scalable people practices that support the continued growth of the U.S. business.
