About the role

- Talent Acquisition (Quality + Scale)
- Own TA strategy for GE India: quality, speed, and predictability
- Build strong hiring systems across consulting, research, and enabling roles
- Improve funnel health, assessment quality, and candidate experience
- Strengthen hiring manager capability and decision-making
- Leadership Development & L&D
- Lead leadership development strategy across levels
- Build manager capability through practical, outcome-driven programs
- Align L&D with business needs:
- Client delivery excellence
- Stakeholder management
- Consulting and leadership capability
- Drive measurable impact on performance, retention, and promotion readiness
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Own complex ER cases including investigations and conflict resolution
