SENIOR MANAGER, MANUFACTURING ENGINEER Vietnam WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH Working closely with teams across the enterprise - Consumer Creation, Nike Explore Team (NXT), Sourcing, Chemical Engineering, Modernization, Manufacturing Systems Engineering and our Manufacturing Partners - you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining the manufacturing systems, processes, and tools we rely on every day to deliver on our commitment to the athlete*. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering on the Nike Footwear Product Supply Chain Manufacturing Engineering team, you are part of a global team committed to delivering excellence to our product teams and consumers every day. Undergraduate degree, preferably bachelor's degree in engineering, technical or science. Minimum of 8 years' experience in the footwear industry related to manufacturing, engineering, or development. Demonstrated experience in working with multiple functions/stakeholders. Experience in applying knowledge of Manufacturing Operations - systems, processes, technologies, and materials required to consistently produce finished goods to a measurable standard - to identify opportunities and drive progress against goals. Understands the use of data and application of statistical methods and tools, able to leverage data for fact-based decision making. Proven team player and people leader with ability to coach, develop and inspire. Forward and Conceptual Thinking- Proactively seeks diversity of inputs and potential solutions; Consistently challenges the status quo and thinks beyond traditional solutions and approaches. Fluent verbal and written English language ability. Proficient in standard MS Office programs, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
