WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering on the Nike Footwear Product Supply Chain Manufacturing Engineering team, you are part of a global team committed to delivering excellence to our product teams and consumers every day. Nike makes the best footwear in the world, and our manufacturing teams play an important role in driving manufacturing and product excellence and delivering the sustainable growth that will fuel our future. Undergraduate degree, preferably bachelor's degree in engineering, technical or science. Minimum of 8 years' experience in the footwear industry related to manufacturing, engineering, or development. Demonstrated experience in working with multiple functions/stakeholders. Experience in applying knowledge of Manufacturing Operations - systems, processes, technologies, and materials required to consistently produce finished goods to a measurable standard - to identify opportunities and drive progress against goals. Understands the use of data and application of statistical methods and tools, able to leverage data for fact-based decision making. Proven team player and people leader with ability to coach, develop and inspire. Forward and Conceptual Thinking- Proactively seeks diversity of inputs and potential solutions; Consistently challenges the status quo and thinks beyond traditional solutions and approaches. Fluent verbal and written English language ability. Proficient in standard MS Office programs, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
