- Comfort with ambiguity and working closely with senior leadership.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Financial sector experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
