Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: As a Partnerships Account Manager at Accor, you will have the mission to build and maintain a portfolio of strategic partners aiming at enriching our ALL Accor loyalty program value proposition and drive new revenue generation. You will work closely with each Regional Partnership Teams, Finance, and Product & Tech teams. The EVERYDAY team currently manages a portfolio of retail, banking, insurance, tech aggregators and payment partners with global footprints. Your mission : Grow new business: You'll proactively identify & propose business opportunities that fit ALL growth strategy. You will deliver the partnerships roadmap by providing ideas, inspiration, and method; Generate value: You'll manage on a day-to-day basis Strategic partners relationship. You will steer, challenge, influence to increase ALL Accor members usage of partner products & services and generate revenue for Accor; Make things happen: You will use your sharp negotiation skills to get the best deals and master all areas necessary to bring partnerships to life incl. storytelling, customer offer, business model & business case, customer journey, tracking, marketing & communication plans, cost & impact (ROI); Simplify: Work closely with Regional Partnership teams and Accor Product & Tech and support functions (finance, legal, tax,..) to break silos and deliver meaningful projects. Manage internal dependencies to ensure the team achieves project goals, meets the highest quality standards, and delivers on time; Coach: develop expertise across all regional team members and act as a center of expertise for them to learn and grow. And you ? Qualifications Required Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field, from a Business School or equivalent institution 4-6 years of experience as an account manager, partnership manager or strategy consultant, in Retail, Loyalty, Fintech, Banks, or Payment card issuers Very strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French An overseas experience is highly valued Qualification Expected Possess an understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner ecosystem Ability to craft impactful messaging that captures the attention of the C-Suite (CCO, CMO, COO, etc.) and compels engagement with Partners Strong interest in the sectors of hospitality, travel, and loyalty programs Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible Proven project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization Why join this role?
