Responsibilities

  • End-User Computing & Device Management
  • Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning

  • Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
  • Hands-on experience in Intune, and SCCM (Mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience in Virtual environment (VDI/AVD) (Mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpoint security controls
  • Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Workspace role
  • Experience supporting enterprise or corporate IT environments
  • Exposure to audit, compliance, or regulated environments is an advantage
  • Preferred / Nice-to-Have
  • Microsoft certifications related to Modern Workplace or Endpoint Management
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
  • Exposure to automation, VDI, or zero-trust security models
