Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a Full & Part Time basis. This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays. As a valued team member, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by: Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences. Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options Serving Food & Beverages : Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction. Delivering Exceptional Customer Service : Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations. Shift Details (subject to change): Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday Split shifts may be required on some days Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) required Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $24.95 per hour Saturday: $31.19 per hour Sunday: $37.43 per hour Successful candidates will have: Previous experience as a waitstaff, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification. A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude. Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service. Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills. Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
