Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Track execution, manage and analyze commitments and obligations, identify irregularities and inaccurate obligations and commitments, work with the PMD and Budget Officer analysts to perform cost corrections, conduct historic trend analysis and create projections for current and future years.
