Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental and company goals. Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Utilize data analytics and AI tools to measure, optimize, and report on marketing campaign performance. Oversee content creation including digital, social media, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Bizbe at the forefront of marketing innovation. Proven experience as a Marketing Director or senior marketing leader in a B2B environment, preferably in finance, technology, or related industries. Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and data analytics. Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and scaling marketing teams. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
