- Transform Data into Insights: Analyze workforce and operational performance trends to uncover opportunities, identify challenges, and provide actionable recommendations.

PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $31.92-$38.85 hourly. The full Pay Range is $24.76-$46.06 hourly. This role is responsible for forecasting, scheduling, and real-time workforce optimization, while contributing to data-driven decision making through business intelligence and storytelling.
