The heavy vehicle driver handles the majority of the prep for all ingredients going into dishes during service. This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques. The quality of the prep work is instrumental in the quality of the finished product, so attention to detail is paramount. You will need to be minimum 18 years old. Salary: $14-$25 per hour Updated2 Valid Category 4 UAE License for heavy vehicle driving Minimum of 5 years of experience driving heavy vehicles High school diploma or equivalent Excellent knowledge of traffic rules and regulations, particularly in the UAE and Dubai Proven track record of safe driving and adherence to transportation laws Basic vehicle maintenance skills Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems Strong time management and organizational skills Effective communication skills in English Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading when required Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if needed Familiarity with Dubai's road network and traffic patterns Clean driving record with no major traffic violations Ability to work in hot climate conditions typical of Dubai Knowledge of local transportation regulations in Dubai Work timings: 7am - 10pm
