Project Manager (Contract)

Requirements

• 9 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in trading or financial applications.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project).
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and trading domain knowledge.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration.
• Expertise in requirement management, design documentation (HLD/LLD), and test case development.
• Flexible mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.

Project Coordination & Execution Lead the overall coordination, status reporting, and execution of project work efforts to ensure successful delivery. Project Management Methodology Establish and implement standardized project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet high-quality standards, and fulfil user expectations. Planning & Team Oversight Develop comprehensive project plans, assign tasks to team members, and oversee daily work efforts. Monitor progress, identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and escalate issues related to functionality, quality, or timelines as necessary. Milestone Tracking & Resource Adjustment Track key project milestones and proactively adjust plans and resources to meet evolving customer needs. Stakeholder Communication Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project scope, budget, risks, and resource requirements.
