SBA&PD Strategy and Planning BI, Senior Specialist

About the role

Perform strategic planning, partners with business owners to support data and analysis for business initiatives. Support regular reports on business metrics and handle enquiries from management. Enhance the data scope of SBA Datamart, PD Data as well as enhance capabilities of PRM tool that tracks sales staff activities and correlates with sales performance. Perform strategic planning by identifying sources of gaps and opportunities, setting targets of sales metrics, allocating granular targets to sales team, working with S&D team and PD team on sales plan and forecast, performing analysis to optimize S&D team structure/ PD team structure, and tracking progress of key initiatives Partner with business owners from local teams, Group Office, PD team and BBL to support data and analysis for business initiatives, e.g. Business Center collaboration, digital channel Firestorm, DMTM and training effectiveness Enhance the data scope of SBA Datamart, PD data to fulfill the increasing business requirements from reporting and analysis requests, and build Power BI dashboards and regular performance reports to track business initiatives Gather user requirements and work with vendor to enhance capabilities of PRM tool that tracks sales staff activities and correlates with sales performance Support Middle Office to manage data-related tasks and reports on business quality and policy persistency Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
