Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers at various project sites
• Ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications
• Driving
• Performing daily vehicle checks and maintaining cleanliness
• Driving safely and adhering to traffic rules and regulations
• Completing other tasks as assigned by the superior
• Resource Management Coordinate and dispatch workers to appropriate job sites
• Manage workforce allocation efficiently
• Attend and participate in site meetings
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and workforce performance
• Achoc works, Flexible working time and days
• Long working hours
• Required Skills:
• Valid Class 4 License with at least 3 years experience
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in report writing and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations
