THIS ROLE In this role you will be responsible for managing complex depositary operations and reviewing work of junior officers. You will provide technical guidance and acts as a subject matter expert while independently handling sophisticated client requirements and complex transactions. WHAT WILL YOU DO You will review complex transactions you will drive regulatory compliance and manage key client relationships You will oversee cash monitoring processes and provide technical guidance You will review Officer's 1-3 work as well as constitutional documents You will oversee cash and safekeeping reconciliations and prepare complex reports You will manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with service providers You will ensure regulatory compliance and review complex documentation and handle critical issues
