- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Presentations & Communication
- Prepare presentations and reports for marketing strategy sessions.
- Communicate key updates, timelines and deliverables to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or a related field preferred.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and the apparel market.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software; Centric PLM experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva and Anthropic Claude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with major retail accounts or department stores.
