We operate at the intersection of operations, partnerships, and strategy, and work closely with teams across the company to keep our payment infrastructure running and evolving. What you will be spending your time on: Partnership Ownership: Own and manage strategic relationships with acquirers, payment processors, card schemes, and other payment providers - serving as the primary point of contact and driving long-term partnership value. Vendor Relationship Management: Proactively manage day-to-day and strategic engagement with external payment partners, including contract negotiations, performance reviews, escalations, and roadmap alignment. Partnership Oversight: Monitor and evaluate partner performance against SLAs, commercial terms, and operational benchmarks. Identify gaps, drive remediation, and surface opportunities to expand or optimize existing partnerships. Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the internal champion for payment partnerships - aligning Product, Compliance, Finance, and Operations stakeholders around partner capabilities, requirements, and joint initiatives. Data-Driven Governance: Use analytics and reporting to track partner health, transaction performance, and cost efficiency - translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
