Job Description Role Summary/Purpose: T he Regional P r o g r am M a n a g e r will be responsible for d ev e l o pi n g , sc o pi n g , pl a n n i n g , a nd adequately executing medium to m a j or c o n s tru c t i on pro j e c ts (ie. Retrofits, Greenfield & Brownfield) ra n g i ng i n sc o p e fr om SGD S$5 m illi on and above , a s w e l l as m u l t i p l e s m a ll er p r o j e c t s at non-strategic locations , in single or accumulated amounts. T he Regional P r o g r am M a n a g e r w il l report to the UOB Group CRES Program Management Office (PMO) Lead. Pr ima r y R e sp o nsibilities: Responsible for the ASEAN / ASIA strategic countries mainly Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and China, specifically Vietnam, leading in execution program & projects in the global, with relevant industry project mgt '101' execution mindset reference to UOB Tollgate & UOB RPP policy. And other non-strategic countries such as New York, Syndey and other smaller countries. Responsible for operating an integrated program & project delivery, accordance to the developed 'Tollgates' Flow-Chart & SOP / 'Playbook', across the team and setting up further processes to better meet the objectives of the Group CRES. Work with the various teams within the Corporate Real Estate Services functions to ensure the diverse activities on Programs & Projects that are managed and directed to meet Group CRES targets. Manage & create effective communication with internal stakeholders and external parties for every project and p r o v i d e l e a d e rs h i p, g ui d a n c e a nd d i r e c t i on to f u l f il l business g o a l s & objectives. Cha m p i on of s a f ety, i n pl a n n i ng pro j e c t s , s u p p li er s e l e c t i on ( i n c l u d ing d e s i g n ers, consultants, co n tra c tor s and suppliers) , a nd exe c ut i on of pro j e c t s. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability, health and safety and wellness requirements into the various programs & projects within the Group CRES e.g. construction projects, office and branches fit outs and facilities management in a commercial building, with the Landlord's perspective Collaborate base building Green Mark certification in relevant Projects in Singapore and across to the region.
