- Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, communications, and business stakeholders to deliver creative solutions aligned to strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand systems, campaign development, and multi-channel design.
- Experience designing across digital platforms, including web, social media, video, and presentations.
- Strong understanding of visual identity systems and brand application across channels.
- Working knowledge of UX principles and digital design best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; motion graphics and video experience preferred
- Ability to translate complex business objectives into compelling visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality and brand consistency.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate is a senior creative with expertise in brand systems, campaign development, and integrated design execution, capable of translating business objectives into compelling visual storytelling that strengthens Everest's brand presence in the market. This is a hybrid position in either our Warren, NJ or New York City office working 3 days onsite, 2 remote.
