- Solid understanding of software development principles (design, coding, testing, security, and performance)

- Familiarity with cloud-based and SaaS environments, including building for scalability and reliability
- Knowledge of SDLC models (Agile/Scrum) and ability to apply them in practice
- Ability to analyze metrics and performance indicators to improve system outcomes
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a sense of urgency in addressing issues
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience building web-based applications and services using Java, REST, and modern web technologies
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with: Java (Spring or similar frameworks)
- JavaScript (Angular, React, or Node.js)
- Experience working with databases and integrating third-party applications into existing systems
