Responsibilities

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Assistant Director of Beverage plays a key role in managing and elevating the beverage operations across Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. This individual supports the Director of Restaurant Operations and/or the Executive Director of F&B in developing beverage programs, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, training staff, and delivering exceptional guest experience.
