About the role
The Reception Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the front of house, switchboard and cashiering functions of St George's Health Service in accordance with the objectives and policies of St Vincent's. Responsibilities
- Reception- including managing the operation of St George's site switchboard and paging system; redirecting all incoming and outgoing calls and leading troubleshooting when required
- Finance - including liaising with Finance on behalf of wards, patients and residents in relation to invoice queries, patient trust, petty cash, bond payments and reimbursements and deceased estates
- Communications- including coordination of communications and events for St George's site in conjunction with Operations Manger and General Manager for external and internal parties.
- Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Experience in Switchboard/Customer Service/Call Centre Operations
- Experience in budget planning/preparation/implementation/management
- Highly competent computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team
- Experience in Receipting/Accounts
