Position Responsibilities: Provides order status and information support to customers - Enters customer purchase orders into accounting and scheduling system - Acts as customer representative to other internal departments - Acts as corporate representative to the customer - Works with Sales Engineers to communicate all aspects of customer orders with customer - Assists the Sales Manager in all duties and other tasks as assigned - Enters parts orders and confirm with customers - Generates quotes in business system from Service Reports - Follows-up on customer to submit purchase orders for service quotes - Converts quotes to order - Prepares credit paperwork for review and approval - Other duties as assigned
