The Role We're looking for a Creative Coordinator to join one of the UK's leading TikTok Shop agencies and become the driving force behind our creator sourcing operation. This role is responsible for building and managing a consistent pipeline of high-quality UGC creators across multiple client accounts. You'll identify new creator talent, vet creators against our internal quality standards, coordinate creator onboarding and ensure our Creative Strategists always have access to the right creators for every campaign. Working closely with our TikTok Shop Managers and Creative Strategists, you'll play an essential role in producing high-performing creator campaigns that drive engagement, content production and affiliate sales. Comprehensive training will be provided across all aspects of the role, including our creator sourcing processes, internal systems and TikTok Shop ecosystem. Launch UGC creator casting calls across social media platforms, creator communities and casting websites to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality creators. Source and identify creators that align with each client's brand, audience and campaign objectives. Vet and review UGC creators based on content quality, performance, audience fit and brand suitability to ensure only the strongest creators are recommended. Prepare and present monthly creator shortlists for Creative Strategists, including creator profiles, portfolios, contact information and relevant campaign insights. Continuously grow, organise and maintain our internal creator hub, ensuring all creator information remains accurate and up to date. Execute multi-platform creator outreach using tools including TikTok Creator Marketplace, Insense, X (formerly Twitter) and other relevant sourcing platforms. Draft and issue creator agreements and contracts, ensuring documentation is accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Coordinate creator communications throughout the onboarding process, acting as a professional point of contact. Support the wider TikTok Shop team with administrative tasks, campaign coordination and creator operations. Continuously identify opportunities to improve creator sourcing processes and expand the quality and scale of our creator network. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and excited by the world of creator marketing. You don't need years of experience-we're looking for potential, curiosity and a willingness to learn. You'll ideally have: 1+ years' experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, affiliate marketing or a related field. A strong understanding of TikTok and creator culture. Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong written communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence in managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. A genuine interest in eCommerce, content creation and creator marketing. Experience using TikTok Creator Marketplace. Experience sourcing UGC creators or influencers. Experience working within TikTok Shop. Familiarity with creator platforms such as Insense. Previous agency experience. Knowledge of affiliate marketing or creator commerce. Within your first six months, you'll have: Built a reliable pipeline of high-quality creators across multiple industries. Become a trusted partner to our Creative Strategists for creator sourcing and coordination. Developed an organised and scalable creator hub that supports multiple client accounts. Helped launch successful creator campaigns that generate measurable commercial results. Build strong relationships with creators that lead to repeat collaborations and long-term partne
