Kia ora! We are seeking expressions of interest for Customer Service Agents to join us on a Part-Time, Permanent basis in Christchurch . Our Customer Service Agents are the first point of contact with our customers. As such, you'll need to be prepared to connect with and delight people by demonstrating the Kiwi charm and capability that we are admired for around the world. You will aid and provide expertise to ensure the travel experience is smooth and seamless from check in through to boarding. What will you be doing? In our check-in areas, you will provide technical assistance and expertise to ensure the travel experience is smooth and seamless from Check in through to boarding. You will provide support with looking after our high volume of unaccompanied minors traveling which will see you escorting our young travellers to and from their various check points. You will also be required to assist with pushing wheelchairs and lifting bags at any given time! Safety and Security are top priority, and you'll have comprehensive training & support to ensure you, your colleagues and customers are safe in this fast-paced environment. You'll need: Eligibility to work in New Zealand (Citizen or Permanent Resident) A minimum NZ Restricted or Full Licence (at time of application) is required and reliable transport to get yourself to work. To be physically fit, able to walk up to 8km each day At least 2 years' experience in a customer facing role To be technically savvy with the ability to pick up and troubleshoot digital systems, along with accurate typing skills Resilience, self-motivation, and capable prioritisation skills A fun and engaging attitude, plus a big smile Rostered Shifts: The Airport is a 24/7 operation and we are looking for people who have the commitment and flexibility to work in this type of environment! The roster operates across Monday to Sunday including public holidays and we need your commitment to work the shifts as they are rostered The rosters are based on a 6 days on, 3 days off and will occur between the hours of 3.30am and 2:00am and range in length from 3 to 12 hours Our rosters are set fortnightly and part-time Customer Service Assistants work a minimum of 50 to 70 hours per fortnight. Overtime can be available additional to this but is not guaranteed Why join our team?
