Responsibilities

- Client/Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, presenting the value and results of analytical solutions.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the company's vision on measurement, advertising effectiveness, and market trends through presentations or publications.
- Project & Budget Management: Plan and manage analytics projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, and participate in the management of the analytics department's budget.
- Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) or a related field. Master's degree/Postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in analytics, marketing measurement, business intelligence, or data science roles, with at least 3-5 years in a team leadership or project management position in the media or advertising industries.
- Technical Skills & Tools:
- Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), A/B testing, Brand Lift, and advertising effectiveness analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems).
- Working knowledge of databases and query languages (SQL).
- Familiarity with the use and application of Generative AI in marketing contexts.
- Knowledge of market research and consumer behavior methodologies.
