As part of AFT AI, we are on a mission to build a new generation of dynamic end-to-end agentic solutions for our warehouses. These models will be able to understand and make use of petabytes of human-centered as well as process information from our warehouse systems and robotic work cells, and learn to perceive and act to further improve our world-class customer experience - at Amazon scale. We are looking for a Software Development Engineer who will lead the engineering effort. This includes developing the infrastructure to support AI research and development at scale, and the production systems that allow our agentic solutions to operate across a wide spectrum of processes within Fulfillment Technology and Robotics. Together, we will be pushing beyond the state of the art GenAI to automate one of the most complex systems in the world: Amazon's Fulfillment Network.
