About the role

You will serve as a ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the RESEARCH AND EVALUATION DIVISION of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional Engineer or Scientist managing the development of cross-functional projects and multidisciplinary teams to integrate research of practical prototypes of energetic and non-energetic materials for a Weapons Research and Evaluation Division.
