Senior Manager , Commercial Solutions

Responsibilities

• We're looking for a dynamic, creative individual with business acumen, who can partner with both internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver measurable value.
• Creative Solutioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Mediacorp to design customised, innovative solutions that address client and sector needs
• Leverage Mediacorp's extensive portfolio of IPs or develop fresh, original concepts tailored to client objectives
• Proposal Development
• Package and price solutions strategically, balancing creativity with client budgets
• Craft compelling, visually impactful sales decks in PowerPoint and support the Account Servicing Team during pitches and follow-ups

Requirements

• Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, Business or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in developing go-to-market solutions and solution-selling (media industry experience preferred)
• Strong track record of collaborating across functions, influencing stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to simplify complex ideas into persuasive narratives
• Strong business acumen - be able to price solutions that are commercially viable
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (storytelling & design) and Excel (analysis and planning)
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to work both independently and with a team
