Individual Life and Pensions Change Transformation Programme is at the heart of this transformation - you will be a part of driving the IL&P growth on platforms. As Programme Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership, ensuring seamless delivery of projects that help to deliver PruFund on 3rd party platforms. You will lead a Project Manager, setting the standard for delivery excellence, fostering a culture of accountability, and championing the use of modern delivery tools. Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will translate strategic direction into tangible outcomes, with full ownership of delivery artefacts, governance and reporting. Key Responsibilities for this Role End-to-End Delivery Leadership - Proven ability to lead complex business transformation programmes from initiation to benefits realisation, ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives and governance standards Experience engaging senior stakeholders (up to Executive/Board level), building trust and presenting updates in governance forums such as Steering Group Strong understanding of governance frameworks, RAID management, and risk mitigation strategies across multi-disciplinary teams and third-party dependencies Track record of working in fast-paced, agile environments, applying best practice methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and continuous improvement principle Line manage and develop Project Managers, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and where appropriate formal performance management Set the standard for delivery excellence, acting as a hands-on leader who resolves issues, removes blockers and drives progress Foster a culture of accountability, challenge and improvement within the delivery team. Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager is essential, with a track record of delivering complex projects or programmes Experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to provide both day-to-day direction and formal line management Proficiency with delivery tools (Jira experience highly desirable) and hands-on expertise in delivery methodologies -Agile, Waterfall, hybrid - and ability to coach others in best practice Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging both senior leaders, delivery teams and external third parties Experience preparing and owning delivery artefacts and reporting for governance forums.
