Responsibilities

• What We Need
• Corpay is currently looking to hire a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer within our Corpay division. This position falls under our International business line.
• In this role, you will design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions while supporting business processes and integrations.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable applications, automating business processes, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
• How We Work
• As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment based in Malta . Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
• Company-issued equipment
• Formal, hands-on training
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Configure and customize standard Salesforce features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Create and maintain validation rules, workflows, and flows
• Perform data migrations and data management using Data Loader and other ETL tools
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for existing Salesforce implementations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Qualifications & Skills
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
• Strong proficiency in:
• Apex programming
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL
• Salesforce Flows
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Requirements

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
• Knowledge of DevOps tools
• Experience with external integrations
