With a strong ethical framework, KBR prioritizes data security, privacy, and responsible information management to ensure mission success. Job Summary: KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst . This position supports the PMA-265 F/A-18 Radar & Strike EW Integrated Product Teams (IPT) at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) in Patuxent River, MD. This position requires a self-starter who requires limited oversight. Role and Responsibilities: The selected candidate will support the Radar & EWIPT Leads in the execution of their duties and record the priorities and upcoming team events. Track and analyze program budgets, funding and cost performance. Assist in monitoring contract requirements, including CDRLs and SOW compliance. Prepare and maintain program status reports, briefs and dashboards. Support development of projects, schedules, and resource forecasts. The selected candidate will participate in meetings and would be instrumental in pulling together the data to answer daily/weekly drills of the IPTs. This position involves daily interface and coordination with all levels of the IPTs, including government, contractor, and field activity personnel associated with the program office. Tasking will include a wide range of program coordination efforts. The successful candidate must exhibit well-developed verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; analytical skills; attention to detail; organizational skills. Must possess the ability to assess, apply, and recommend improvements to established business processes. Must have the ability to balance priorities in order to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment.
