The technical account management department in DACH is crucial in driving our company's success, collaborating with sales and account managers to seamlessly integrate clients' e-commerce websites and mobile apps while optimizing campaigns to meet their marketing goals. You Will: Launch advertising campaigns (including verifying tracking code implementation, supervising the creation of advertising materials, and analyzing product feeds); Monitor all ongoing advertising campaigns assigned to you; Make changes to new and existing campaigns to translate business objectives into technical deliverables; Proactively respond to campaign errors and warnings before they affect the performance of the campaigns; Working closely with our account managers and sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service. Desired Experience: Proven experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing; Basic knowledge in HTML, JavaScript and CSS; Ability to navigate CSV and XML files; Understanding of URL anatomy (parameters, values and parametrization rules); Working knowledge in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics; Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easily understandable for non-technical stakeholders.
