Responsibilities

  • This role leads day-to-day field operations while ensuring the safe, efficient execution of industrial cleaning services and supporting workforce development.
  • On any given day, you will:
  • Lead and oversee industrial cleaning activities at customer sites

  • Coach team members on safety procedures, equipment operation, and best practices

  • Support continuous improvement of processes and workflows in field operations

Requirements

  • We're seeking a strong, safety-driven leader with industrial experience and the ability to manage teams in the field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years of industrial cleaning, processing, or related operational experience
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of high-pressure pumps, injection tools, filtration systems, and lifting equipment
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license (Class 1 preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team-focused environment
  • Proficient computer skills for reporting and documentation
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing field-based work
  • Preferred:
  • CDL B
  • Certified trade
  • Experience with automated cleaning systems
  • Experience working in hazardous or regulated environments
  • Confined Space Entry & Rescue
  • Standard First Aid

  • Work Environment:
  • Field-based role at customer and operational sites

  • Location: Houston, Texas, Site 281
  • Shift: Primarily First Shift, Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:30pm. Weekends may be necessary.
  • Compensation: Base Salary: $90,000 Salary Non-Exempt, with opportunity for overtime
  • Travel Requirements: 75% daily travel within Houston area, possibility for travel outside the area for project work
