The Role Our community of club members is at the heart of what we do, and this role offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience. We are looking for someone who is available to work Monday to Friday and on weekends. Specific days and times required potentially varying month to month based on business needs. What You'll Be Doing Key Responsibilities: Helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Responding to inbound customer enquiries via email and live chat on our help desk software, answering questions and resolving problems Helping with some maintenance of social media channels and reviews Assisting with upcoming projects of providing a more proactive outbound customer service via phone and email Maintaining regular administrative tasks Assisting with outbound logistics What We're Looking For We'd love to hear from you if you: Previous customer service experience An understanding of the importance of delighting the customer Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A problem solver Work well in a fast paced environment Able to work efficiently through high volume work Passion for learning more about the drinks industry, in particular craft producers Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a small team in a busy environment Skills & Experience Include essential vs desirable where helpful.
