This is a 12-month assignment in the Clements Center for National Security with the possibility of extension. The position reports to the Assistant Director of Student Programs on the student programs team. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis for any employer. Purpose The Clements Center for National Security seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Student Programs Senior Coordinator with a focus on mentorship and student engagement. This role provides valuable support in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of activities aimed at enhancing the student experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a demonstrated passion for mentoring students-especially those pursuing careers in public service and national security. This position involves event coordination, administrative support, marketing and promotion, student advising and mentorship, logistics management, and collaboration with campus departments. The Student Programs Assistant will play a key role in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for students as they explore academic and professional opportunities in national security.
